The Bloom Coaching program takes you on a journey of self-discovery, connection, healing and expansion.
During this journey, we will build together a safe, nourishing and supportive space for you to heal, transform and work towards your goals,

BODY
My mission is to help you cultivate connection with your body. We start with awareness of the breath and its impact on your overall wellbeing.
Throughout our journey together, we learn about the body's wisdom and how to develop more trust in it so that you can live more in sync with yourself. We will explore the power of yogic practices and how we can use them to stay more balanced, more focused, more energised depending on our needs.



MIND
Our mind plays an important role in our life. It is responsible for thinking, feeling and choosing. However, sometimes we can become trapped by our thoughts. Together we will learn how to master our mind through tools such as meditation, visualisations, focus, awareness, concentration and mindfulness.
We will also explore the power of journalling.
A big piece of this coaching program is empowering yourself through learning. We will take time to learn about the science behind body-mind connection, the nervous system etc. Educating ourselves helps us to form new beliefs that support our wellbeing and help us reach our goals.
We will also look at how to develop a seeking spirit to learn new things that may support you.



SPIRIT
Our spiritual wellbeing is often overlooked even though in many cases, this is the missing link.
Spirituality can mean many things and you decide what spirituality is for you.
Essentially when we talk about spirituality, we talk about a sense of connection with life, a sense of understanding that we are part of something greater.
This type of connection with the self and the universe often ignites a spark in your soul and helps you awaken to your life's purpose.
As a result, you can lead your life with more purpose and intention. Each one of us has a unique mission that only you can fulfill.

I use various tools and techniques which are informed by my work in the area of yoga, breathwork, meditation, Polyvagal Theory as well as my keen interests in art therapy, journaling, sound therapy, mindfulness and Buddhism.
