The Dive Within and Flourish package takes you on a journey of self-discovery, connection, healing and expansion. 

During this journey, we will build together a safe, nourishing and supportive space for you to heal, transform and work towards your goals, 

  • Weekly or bi-weekly sessions depending on your needs and the package (60 mins per session)

  • Check-ins between the sessions 

  • A safe space for you to give voice to your thoughts and feelings, to process and navigate through your experiences so that you can thrive and become the best version of yourself for yourself. 

  • Guidance on nervous system regulation, Menstrual Cycle Awareness, building a supportive self-care and stress management tool kit and more

  • Homework that supports your self-development and healing 

  • Investment  6 Sessions (weekly or bi-weekly) - 420 (paid in advance)

  • Cancellation/ Refund Policy - a refund will be given provided you will give a minimum of 24 hours notice.

  • I use various tools and techniques which are informed by my work in the area of yoga, breathwork, meditation, menstrual cycle awareness, Polyvagal Theory as well as my keen interests in  art therapy, journaling, sound therapy, mindfulness and Buddhism. 




Menstrual Cycle Coaching is a journey of self-discovery and healing through the framework of Menstrual Cycle Awareness (MCA). 

Menstrual Cycle Awareness invites you to tune into the wisdom of your cyclical body and develop trust and confidence in it. We will explore the nature of your nervous system and the science of menstrual cycle to better understand how they impact you on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. 

We will talk through these topics and through any issues that arise. We will also look at some practical tools and self-care practises to support you during the different phases of your menstrual cycle.
