Start your weekend with a 60-minute RISE & SHINE YOGA ONLINE with Anna .

 

This class is a  beautiful to start your weekend and boost your vitality for the weekend.

 

In each class we focus on breath awareness, building flexibility & strength, developing focus and concentration as well as relaxation.

RISE & SHINE SATURDAY YOGA is a traditional Hatha Yoga class, which consists of meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), surya namaskara (sun salutations), asana practice (yoga poses) and relaxation (savasana).

June Rise and Shine Saturday Yoga

9-10am (Irish time) | Online

Root yourself throughout the month of June in our Rise and Shine Saturday Yoga Online.  Our focus will be on grounding and rooting down

 

Grounding practices help to you feel more centered and more focused on what is happening in the present moment. Summer months can be filled with busy schedules, which can at times put us out of balance.  

Grounding practices will help to feel more balance and stability within the body and the mind reducing stress, anxiety, boosting vitality, improving blood flow and energy flow within the body.
