This workshop and women’s circle is an invitation to tune into your body’s wisdom in order to restore your hormonal balance. You will be held in a safe space where you can explore your inherent power to heal from within. In this circle, you will have the space to connect to yourself and other likeminded women. We will have an opening and closing circle to share our experiences, listen, learn and support each other.

In this session, you will be invited to awaken your energy through a Vinyasa flow led by Monica. Following Monica’s flow, Anna will take you through a hormone yoga practice* that consists of dynamic breathing practices to reactivate hormone production and stimulate the glands as well as calming techniques to soothe the nervous system. To finish off, we will move through a restorative sequence by Monica. We will close the circle by journalling, sharing our experiences and giving each other space to speak up as well as sharing some delicious goodies!!

*Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT) was designed by Dinah Rodrigues specifically for women with hormonal imbalances. HYT is a natural and holistic approach to reactivating hormone production. The practice of HYT includes dynamic practices to
stimulate the glands and calming/anti-stress techniques to soothe the nervous system. It is suitable for women with or without yoga experience. It is especially aimed at those with hormonal imbalances related to PMS, irregular menstrual cycle, PCOS, fertility, perimenopause, menopause, hypothyroidism or any women over 35 years old as a way to feel more rejuvenated.

There are some contraindications for hormone yoga therapy due to the dynamic breathwork which causes an increase of estrogen and requires strong abdominalmovement. Please see below for contraindications. If you are unsure whether you ornot you should join, please contact Anna directly on

● in cases where estrogen level should not increase e.g. severe endometriosis,
fibroids/myoma or breast cancer
● in case of any other cancer – check with your doctor
● after a surgery
● in case of acute psychosis
● in case of pregnancy
● in case of any hormone-related disease ask your doctor for advice
