About Hatha Yoga
A Hatha Yoga class consists of meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), asana practice (yoga poses) and relaxation (savasana).
Hatha Yoga helps to relieve physical tension and stiffness and also build physical strength and flexibility. On the emotional and mental level, it soothes our nervous system, helping to manage stress and contributing to building a state of inner peace and harmony.
It also helps us develop more self-awareness and more focus contributing to how we view ourselves and the world around us.
Journaling is a way to reveal inner wisdom, cleanse emotional blocks and get more clarity through writing. Journaling boosts our creativity, helps us to develop more inner trust and can have a positive impact on both personal and professional relationships.
Anna will guide you through journaling exercises to help you enter into a process of aligning yourself with your truth, letting go of that which no longer serves you and allowing you to get more clarity and direction for the year to come.
No prior yoga or journaling experience required to join this workshop. All are welcome.
