Join in for 3hrs hours of nourishing, self-reflective and educational workshop & women's circle for all menstruating people, who would like to develop more awareness around the menstrual cycle on the various levels of our being : physical, energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual.
As cyclical beings, there is wisdom in our cycle that can help us live more consciously and from a place of intuition, self-compassion and understanding.
In this workshop & women's circle , you will be supported and held by a safe and non-judgemental space and community. We will be learning together through exploration, self-reflection and group process. You are invited to bring yourself as you are, have an open mind and curiosity about this work.
About Menstrual Cycle Awareness
Menstrual Cycle Awareness (MCA) is a mindfulness practice for women that takes you on a journey to discover the inner seasons of your cycle and get to know your own seasonal patterns. MCA was coined by Alexandra Pope and Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer, the authors of the Wild Power and the founders of The Red School.
Menstrual Cycle Awareness invites you to tune into the wisdom of your cyclical body and develop trust and confidence in it. It invites you to explore the nature and the science of your cycle to better understand its impact on your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
In the workshop we will explore:
The importance of your period and its impact on your wellbeing
The science behind it
How working with your cycle can improve your period experience
Tracking your cycle
Overview of the inner seasons of the menstrual cycle and living more in sync with your cycle
Embodiment practises to reconnect with your body and womb space
Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) to integrate the experience
This workshop will cover some scientific facts with plenty of opportunities for reflection and exploration of your own cycle. This workshop aims to give you an introduction to menstrual cycle awareness as a tool to help you navigate through the ups and downs of your daily life including relationships, creativity, professional and personal areas of your life.
If you’re on birth control where you still have a bleed, you’ll be able to join, though some aspects won’t apply to you. Although this workshop is about periods, we will be looking at the cycle as a whole.
A full refund will be issued if you cancel up to 72 hours before the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations with less than 72 hours notice.

I am Anna , originally from Poland but living in Ireland since 2005.
I am a Hatha yoga teacher, meditation and breathwork facilitator and a wellbeing and menstrual cycle coach. I work with people on all things related to anxiety and stress management, menstrual cycle awareness, living more creatively and more in sync with our true nature in other to thrive in life.
My interest is in cultivating connection in order to strengthen the felt sense of self, develop more self-awareness and more ability to respond to life consciously and sustainably while experiencing the joy of living.
