The Merry and Mindful workshop with the two Annas is an invitation to prepare for the holiday season with a little bit of mindfulness, creativity and opportunity to connect with other like-minded people.
Christmas is a beautiful time of celebration and getting together. However, it can also feel overwhelming at times as we may forget to take care of ourselves. This workshop is a chance for you to slow down, to practise self-care through yoga, crafting and relaxation with sound in preparation for the coming season. It is an opportunity to engage in the creative process and have a piece of Chrtismas art to take home with you to share with your loved ones.

During our two-hour workshop, you will be guided by Anna in a mindful yoga practice to connect with your breath, calm your mind, release any tensions from your body and boost your creativity in preparation for crafting.
Following the Mindful Yoga practice, Hyunju (aka Anna) will take you through the process of making a Christmas decoration piece (table centrepiece) using wintery natural resources. This creative journey is designed to be a source of inspiration and personal growth. The Christmas decorations you will craft will serve as tangible symbols of your efforts, carrying the warmth and spirit of the season into your home. With every ribbon tied, every ornament placed, you'll feel the magic of Christmas coming to life in your hands.
After the Christmas decoration making, you will be invited for a session of relaxation with sound led by Anna.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS

HYUNJU (AKA ANNA)
Hyunju aka Anna, originally from Seoul and living in Ireland since 2013. She is a graphic designer and a freelance florist translating the beauty of nature into floral arrangements.
​
Anna is a certified florist, having honed her skills at the prestigious Catherine Muller Flower School in Paris. This experience has enriched her knowledge of floristry and allowed her to incorporate a touch of Parisian style mixing her own unique style into her floral creations.
​
One of her passions is maintaining and looking at her small garden, where she gets to nurture and witness the growth of various plants and flowers. This connection with nature has not only influenced her work as a florist but also brought a sense of tranquillity and inspiration to her life.

Anna is a firm believer in lifelong learning, and thrives on gaining wisdom through life experiences. Her journey is an ongoing quest for self-improvement, self-expression, and the continuous exploration of new horizons. She looks forward to connecting with others who share my passion for creativity and personal growth.
ANNA PRZYBYLO
A Yoga Teacher, a Menstrual Cycle Educator and Facilitator with focus on creating the physical, emotional, and mental balance, cultivating connection and resilience from within in order to live more consciously and joyfully.
Anna qualified as a yoga teacher in India (500 hours) and as a Menstrual Cycle Coach & Facilitator in Ireland. Her approach in her personal and professional life is mindful, intuitive and aligned with cyclical rhythms of our bodies and nature so that we can tap into our inherent wisdom.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that things happen and sometimes plans change. If you cancel 10 days before the workshop, we will offer you a full refund. If cancelled 5-9 days before the workshop, 50% refund will be issued to you. No refund given if cancelled less than 5 days before the retreat. Please note that all refunds exclude the processing fee ( 1.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30 EUR).
