Join in for this weekly 75-minute Yoga Session in Phoenix Park, Dublin, Ireland.

Meeting Time : 6.15pm at the Zoo or for returning students 6.30pm in the usual spot.
We will walk together to the place where we will practice.
What to expect?
Each session aims to share the tool of yoga with you through practices such as meditation, pranayama (breathing techniuqes), asana (yoga poses) and relaxation (savasana) as well as through the study of some basic yoga philosophy concepts, which are sprinkled throughout the class.
Space Number is limited. Please book in advance via Kuula.
Any changes to this class due to weather conditions will be communicated on the day and if class is cancelled a class credit will be issued.
• This is a mixed levels class. Beginners are welcome to join. Unsure if it's suitable for you, feel free to contact me!
• Best not to eat anything 2-3 hours before the class (if you need to eat, you can eat something light like a banan
• Bring your own mat & a bottle of water.
• Wear comfortable clothes (make sure you have something cozy and warm for our relaxation)
If you have any medical conditions, especially high blood pressure, heart diseases or severe back problems, please contact me prior to the class.
This is a donation based class. Minimum donation €5
