Cancellation Policy

Secure your spot by paying a deposit ​ Please contact me directly to secure your spot by paying a deposit of 100 euro (you can pay in full if you wish) Contact details : info@seedsofjoy.space ​ Refunds & Cancellations ​ The deposit/full price is refundable if you cancel with minimum notice of 3 months (15 May 2025). After that, the deposit is not-refundable. If you paid the full amount and choose to cancel with less than 3 months notice, you will be refunded 75%. If you cancel with less than 2 weeks' notice, there will be no refund. ​ Remaining balance ​ The remaining balance is to be paid 6 weeks before retreat start date.
