Come celebrate the brightest day of the year together!
Join us for a Summer Solstice Circle on the beach. We will practice yoga, meditation, dip in the sea (if you want to!) and have the opportunity to connect with each other in our sharing circle with nature mandala making and more!
Summer Solstice is a day to celebrate the sunlight, life on this planet and a potential for a good harvest. This day in June is the longest one of the year and marks the peak amount of sunshine hours.
Summer is related to the element of fire. It is a time of energy to bring us outdoors, connect us with nature, with life force, with others and explore new things with a sense of expansion and growth.
As we reach the Summer solstice, we come together to celebrate the brightest day, to witness the fullness of this season and to take a moment to pause, create space to show our gratitude and experience the aliveness within ourselves and in nature.
This session is an invitation to salute the fullness of the sun and to mark the beginning of our transition from action to nourishment as the days slowly start to get shorter.
We will gather at the Happy Out Cafe
between 7 and 7.30pm and walk out to the beach together

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
JENNIFER VAN UFFELEN
Wellbeing Coach & Facilitator, Holistic Practitioner with an intuitive approach guiding people into wholehearted connection with themselves and their wellbeing in both their life and work.
Jennifer qualified in advanced personal and business coaching, leadership in workplace health and wellbeing, nervous system regulation, menstrual cycle awareness and NLP. Her practice is based on years of continued personal and professional development and mindfulness.
A Yoga Teacher, a Menstrual Cycle Educator and Facilitator with focus on creating the physical, emotional, and mental balance, cultivating connection and resilience from within in order to live more consciously and joyfully.
Anna qualified as a yoga teacher in India (500 hours) and as a Menstrual Cycle Coach & Facilitator in Ireland. Her approach in her personal and professional life is mindful, intuitive and aligned with cyclical rhythms of our bodies and nature so that we can tap into our inherent wisdom.
