YOGA CLASSES, COURSES AND RETREATS

HATHA YOGA

A Hatha Yoga class consists of meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), surya namaskara (sun salutations), asana practice (yoga poses) and relaxation (savasana).

PREGNANCY YOGA

I am a qualified pregnancy yoga teacher and run pregnancy classes for any pregnant women 12 weeks or over. The pregnancy yoga class is a space to practice tuning into your breath, connecting to your constantly changing body and to your baby in preparation for their arrival into this world.

The classes are designed to: 

  • celebrate the experience of being pregnant

  • give you the opportunity to tune into the different aches you may be experiencing while pregnant

  • learn how to help ease any physical or emotional discomfort during this time

  • explore movements and breathing techniques and other tools that are especially helpful during pregnancy and in preparation for birth.

HORMONE YOGA THERAPY

Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT) was designed by a Brazilian yogini Dinah Rodrigues for the purpose of helping lots of people, especially women in balancing their hormones. Hormone Yoga Therapy helps to improve hormonal imbalances related to PMS, polycystic ovariesfertility, pregnancy loss,  perimenopause, menopause and hypothyroidism

  • Helps to improve fertility

  • Helps to eliminate Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), improve symptoms of PMS

PRIVATE YOGA

Private sessions are a great way to practise in a way that is designed specifically to your needs.

 

In a private class: 

  • we look at your specific needs and work with it together

  • we may focus more on breathwork, asana practise or relaxation depending on your needs 

  • you can practise as an individual or with a friend

YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique in which you learn to relax consciously. Yoga Nidra is is the state of dynamic sleep, which is induced by a guided meditation. It induces complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. 

YOGA RETREATS

Yoga Retreats are a way to fully immerse yourself in your yoga practice, take some time to yourself away from the business of everyday life.

Yoga Retreat is usually held in a peaceful location with access to nature. At a yoga retreat you also get to eat fresh and delicious food. A Yoga Retreat is a nourishment for body, mind and soul. It's an opportunity to reset and restore your energy.
