YOGA IN THE PARK 

​

Join in for Yoga in the park this Saturday morning with a Community Gathering afterwards.

 

We will move through an Embodied Hatha Yoga practice - open to all levels . The practice consists of meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), asana practice (yoga poses) and relaxation (savasana) weaving in some yogic philosophy as well as somatic awareness.

​Post Class Gathering with some snacks and drinks : If you like, you can stay after the class for a bit of community gathering! Bring some snacks to share with others and let's get to know each other!

Saturday, 23 May 11.00am, Phoenix Park (the class is usually 90-100mins)

The exact location will be send out a day before (it's near the Zoo).
