Join in for a week or a month of online morning practice.
The themes differ each time and range from cultivating presence, stillness, attuning to the felt sense of the body, 5 koshas of the body, somatic explorations, nervous system befriending among others.
Recordings will be shared with you afterwards.

YOGA SANCTUARY
4-weeks of online morning yoga practice. We meet weekly on Wednesdays starting 13 May at 6.30am Irish Time. Each session is 90 mins long and integrates Hatha Yoga techniques including Pranayama, Meditation, Asana as well as somatic awareness/practices.
Sadhana is the yogic term for daily practice — a steady commitment to showing up for yourself. Over time, regular practice creates harmony, clarity, and a deeper sense of connection, helping us meet daily life with more presence and ease.

Time : 6.30-8am Ireland Time
Contribution : 50 euro for 4 sessions (37 euro for low income/student)
