The themes differ each time and range from cultivating presence, stillness, attuning to the felt sense of the body, 5 koshas of the body, somatic explorations, nervous system befriending among others.

Yoga Sanctuary:
SĀDHANĀ — PRACTICE
Sadhana is the yogic term for daily practice — a steady commitment to showing up for yourself. Over time, regular practice creates harmony, clarity, and a deeper sense of connection, helping us meet daily life with more presence and ease.
This series is an invitation for a daily encounter with yourself through Embodied Hatha Yoga practice.
These sessions will integrate pranayama, meditation, asana and mantra.
