A week of online morning practice.

 

The themes differ each time and range from cultivating presence, stillness, attuning to the felt sense of the body, 5 koshas of the body, somatic explorations, nervous system befriending among others. 

Recordings will be shared with you afterwards.

Yoga Sanctuary:

SĀDHANĀ — PRACTICE

Sadhana is the yogic term for daily practice — a steady commitment to showing up for yourself.  Over time, regular practice creates harmony, clarity, and a deeper sense of connection, helping us meet daily life with more presence and ease.

This series is an invitation for a daily encounter with yourself through Embodied Hatha Yoga practice. 

These sessions will integrate pranayama, meditation, asana and mantra. 

Next series : 13-17 April, Mon - Fri  | 6.45-8am | Online 

50 euro  for 5 sessions (37 euro for low income/student)

RECEPTIVITY

5 mornings of Embodied Hatha Yoga to cultivate awareness, intuition and deeper connection with the 5 koshas of the body. 

These sessions will integrate pranayama, meditation, asana and mantra.
