Through Private Yoga Sessions, I gently guide you in your yoga practice to support your personal journey of healing, growth and transformation.
Private sessions are a mixture of the physical practice (asana), meditation, pranayama (breathwork) and relaxation. The sessions will focus on one area more than the other depending on your needs.

Trauma-Informed Yoga - all of my sessions are trauma-informed. Depending on your needs I will use techniques and approach that supports you as you move through your healing and in the presence of any unresolved traumas.

I can create a custom made practice, which include some of the above elements in order to suit your needs. For example : we can practice Embodied Hatha Yoga with elements of hormone yoga or weave in some of the menstrual cycle awareness framework into an Embodied Hatha Yoga session. We can discuss this during our enquiry call.

Weekly sessions online that are around 75 mins. Each session is adapted to your specific needs.

I create a safe space for you to connect with your body, build physical, mental and emotional strength and resilience and to process or release any stuck emotions, stagnant energy.

My aim is to support your personal growth through yogic practices such as physical postures, breathing, relaxation, meditation as well as somatic practices etc. that can also be utilised in your daiy life.
INDIVIDUAL PACKAGE
I encourage a package of 4 sessions to give you enough time and space to connect with your body and explore various practices to support your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
