PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES

PRACTICE AWARENESS, CONNECTION, MINDFULNESS, PRESENCE AND GRATITUDE THROUGH YOGA

Private sessions are a mixture of  the physical practice (asana), meditation, pranayama (breathwork) and relaxation. The sessions will focus on one area more than the other depending on your needs.

WHAT CAN I TEACH YOU? 

  • pranayama (breathing techniques) and breath awareness techniques for focus, concentration, anxiety and stress relief, improving digestion, deeper connection with the self

  • meditation (awareness meditation, visualisations, chanting) for calming the mind,  stress and anxiety relief, life transitions, feeling more joy and gratitude in life

  • asana (physical yoga poses) - physical alignment support, mental and energetic benefits of asanas for improving flexibility, strength, balance, releasing physical, mental and emotional tension

WHAT CAN I TEACH YOU? 

  • relaxation techniques including sound healing for soothing the nervous system 

  • menstrual cycle awareness for aligning your yoga practice with your menstrual cycle

  • pregnancy yoga for women over 12 weeks pregnant for physical and mental preparation for birth and for relieving pregnancy related aches and discomforts. More on my approach to pregnancy yoga here

  • hormone yoga for women with hormonal imbalances.  More about hormone yoga here

I can create a custom made practice for you including the above elements in order to suit your needs. For example : we can practice Hatha yoga with elements of hormone yoga or weave in some of the menstrual cycle awareness framework into a Hatha yoga class. We can discuss this during our enquiry call.

  • 1 student

  • 4 x 1:1 sessions (75-90 mins each)

  • Location : Smithfield, Dublin 7, Ireland or Online

  • 300 euro for 4 sessions (75 euro per session) 

  • Valid for 5 weeks

YOGA FOR FRIENDS

  • 2 students

  • 4 x sessions for a group of 2 (75-90 mins each)

  • Location : Smithfield, Dublin 7, Ireland or Online

  • 180 euro for 4 sessions per person (45 euro per person per session) 

  • Valid for 5 weeks
