Course Details
Sadhana is the yogic term for daily practice — a steady commitment to showing up for yourself. It can take many forms, from yoga and meditation to any practice that supports wellbeing. What matters most is consistency. Over time, regular practice creates harmony, clarity, and a deeper sense of connection, helping us meet daily life with more presence and ease. This series is an invitation for a daily encounter with yourself through Embodied Hatha Yoga practice. Each morning we will explore: - Pranayama – conscious breathing to awaken and balance the life force (prana) - Meditation & Mantra – exploring dharana (focused concentration) and mantra to awaken subtle awareness - Asana – holding postures for longer to sense the energy body This series is open to all but might be more suitable to those already practising yoga. Cancellation Policy
All yoga classes online purchased as part of the pack must be used within the expiry date. If you have to cancel a class, please make sure to cancel it at least 12 hours in advance and a credit will be provided to you. No refund or credit provided if cancelled with less than 12 hours in advance. For course bookings that consist of multiple classes paid in advance, no refunds or transfers apply. A refund will only be provided if the course is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. For courses related to Menstrual Cycle Awareness Course - if you cancel 3 weeks in advance, a refund will be provided to you (minus the processing fee - 1.9% of the transaction fee plus 0.30 cent). If you cancel with less than 3 weeks notice, no refund will be given.
