1 : 1 WORK 

1:1 work allows you to connect deeper with yourself supporting your healing, growth and inner transformation. I have a holistic approach supporting you in feeling at home in your body, tapping into your inner power and connecting with your authenticity. 

I work with various modalities such as yoga, meditation, mindfulness, cycle awareness as well as somatic movement, Compassionate Inquiry (a psychotherapeutic approach by Gabor Maté) as well as nervous system regulation. 

PRIVATE YOGA

I guide you in your yoga practice to support your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. 

Embodied Hatha Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Hormone Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga.

SOMATIC THERAPY

In our 1:1 sessions, you will have space to turn inwards and connect with whatever is present and seeking your attention. We work with somatic techniques, including Compassionate Inquiry, conscious breathing, mindful movement and mindfulness to gently uncover and release emotions, beliefs, and patterns that may be impacting your life.
