You can use an app on your phone or use a journal. I find it much easier to track how I feel in a journal. You can really take your time and log how you feel physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Over time, you can compare your entries and learn if there are any patterns so you can sync your life more with the rhythm of your cycle.
