I offer once off events and regular classes/workshops that are designed to your needs. I offer these mostly online but if you have a request to run an in-person workshop/event, I am also open to discuss that.
Regular or once-off yoga classes/workshops - Hatha Yoga, Hormone Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga (in-person if in the Dublin area or online) - 45-90 mins
Menstrual Cycle Awareness Workshops - 1-2 hours
Breathwork and meditation events and workshops - 30-75mins
Nervous system regulation workshops - 1-2 hours
General wellness talks and workshops - 1 - 1.5 hours

I have been working in a corporate environment for a very long time and understand the importance of having access to tools that support employees in their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
