UNWIND FRIDAY : YIN YOGA AND TEA CIRCLE

Monthly Circle on the last Friday of the month in Oscailt, 8 Pembroke Road, Dublin 4

Join in for an evening of relaxation, connection and inspiration with Yin Yoga and Tea Circle. 

​

We will gather together for a nourishing yin yoga practice followed by a tea circle. 

​

Yin Yoga is a gentle yet powerful practice that allows you to ease off physical, mental and emotions tensions and release any stagnant energy. Through a series of poses held for longer durations, you will have the space to move your attention inwards, relax your mind and create a sense of peace from within. 

​

During our Unwind Friday, we will also have the opportunity to connect in a sharing circle, where you will be offered some herbal tea.  Our tea circle is an invitation to absorb your yin experience and to feel nourished and supported by the community connection. This is a safe and non-judgemental space where you can show up as you are. â€‹

​

No prior experience in yoga  is necessary. All are welcome to join for this Unwind Friday.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Yin Yoga practice to restore, reset and recharge your body, mind and spirit 

  • Relaxation with sound 

  • Tea Circle with a sharing circle 

  • Community connection 

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Yoga mats and some props are provided. If you have a specific prop that you will need, you can bring it with you. You can also bring your own mat if you like. 

  • Wear comfortable clothes and have layers in case you get cold/ warm 

  • Water bottle

  • An open heart and mind
