WHAT IS EMBODIED YOGA?
Embodied Hatha Yoga focuses on strengthening your connection with yourself, increasing your ability to feel and experience yourself from within.

In each class, we will explore the various layers of our being (the 5 koshas) through meditation, mantra, pranayama (breathing techniques), surya namaskara (sun salutations), asana practice (yoga poses) and relaxation (savasana).

In each class, we strive to create balance between the solar and lunar energies within our being, solar energy being the more activating one and the lunar energy being the more nourishing and calming one. Through yogic practices, you are invited to create more harmony, balance and resilience from within and tap into the inherent wisdom of your body.

Embodied Hatha Yoga class is a balance between effort and ease leading to a lot of physical, energetic, mental and spiritual benefits.

Traditionally, Hatha Yoga should be practised along with other limbs of yoga (8 limbs of yoga), which include some ethical guidelines that we should incorporate into our daily lives.

MY APPROACH
My classes are a balance between effort and ease. I always makes sure to challenge the physical body while creating lots of space for self-inquiry, relaxation, introspection. Each class is sprinkled with a little bit of yoga philosophy so that every person has the opportunity to connect with the essence of yoga (8 limbs of yoga).

I really wants everyone to grow and develop in their journey with yoga. In order to do that, I always aim to create an inclusive environment where each and every person can feel like they belong.
