Course Details
Join me for an online sisterhood encounter on Wednesday 15th October 6.30-8pm (Ireland Time). This is a space for women to gather online. We will connect with our bodies, our stories and awaken the wisdom from within nourished by the support of sisterhood. In this gathering, you will be held by the community of women. We will open the session with a grounding practice such as meditation or somatic inquiry followed by a space for connection. Depending on what is present in the group, we might explore a certain theme together or simply allow space to be heard, seen and held. This encounter is donation based. If you cannot donate financially, please reach out. If you participate in my in-person circles and have availed of the container of 3 circles - this encounter is part of the container. We will connect via Google Meets - please ensure to be familiar with the platform prior to joining.

Cancellation Policy
All yoga classes purchased as part of the pack must be used within the expiry date. If you have to cancel a class, please make sure to cancel it at least 24 hours in advance and a credit will be provided to you. No refund or credit provided if cancelled with less than 24 hours in advance. For course bookings that consist of multiple classes paid in advance, no refunds or transfers apply. A refund will only be provided if the course is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. For courses - if you cancel 3 weeks in advance, a refund will be provided to you (minus the processing fee - 1.9% of the transaction fee plus 0.30 cent). If you cancel with less than 3 weeks notice, no refund will be given.
