The HEART of YOGA Retreat : 

​

An invitation to enter the realm of the heart through the spirit of community, embodiment and connection.  

 

We will gather for the weekend in an intimate setting of maximum 10 women.

 

Together we will step into the wisdom of our bodies, connecting with our emotions and creating a space of trust & safety where we can show up authentically, rest, connect with ourselves and each other, dance, sing and cherish some alone time in nature. In Old English wilde means "in the natural state"  - this retreat is an invitation to connect to our truth, our inherent nature. 

 

Throughout the weekend, we will awaken our wild hearts through embodied & polyvagal-informed yoga, dance, voice work & singing, creative expression & community connection, nature, deep rest, sauna, cold dip and plenty of opportunities to share and integrate. 

 

THE SPACE

The retreat will be held in The Yoga Barn, Kilkenny.

The Yoga Barn is a restored ‘clochán’ or Irish stone village, surrounded by green fields, trees, and big skies. Hidden away in the lush Kilkenny countryside, though only 20 minutes from Waterford City, the Yoga Barn breathes peace, calm, and tranquility.

ABOUT ANNA

Anna is a  Yoga Teacher, Women's Circle Holder and Somatic Therapist & Facilitator. Her work bridges ancient wisdom with modern embodiment practices. Anna is dedicated to creating spaces for connection, healing and community. Her approach is heart-centered and invites a gentle unraveling—an attunement to the body’s rhythms, the nervous system, and the wisdom held within the cycles of life.

Day 1 â€‹

  • Afternoon

    • 3-4pm : Arrival ​​& check-in

    • 4.30pm: Welcome practice 

  • Evening

    • 6pm : Opening Circle & Ritual 

    • Welcome Dinner

  • Morning​

    • Jala Neti practice 

    • 7-9am Yoga to awaken the body and mind : Pranayama, Yoga, Meditation 

    • Large Brunch  
  • Afternoon

    • 10.30-12.30 Yoga Philosophy Class

    • Free time for walking, sauna, cold plunge, journaling, or quiet reflection 

    • Soup 

    • 4.30-7pm Yoga Workshop â€‹â€‹
  • Evening
    • Dinner

    • Sunset rituals, kirtan, singing around the fire, sharing circles

Day 4​

  • Morning

    • 6.30-8.30 Yoga to awaken the body and mind : Pranayama, Yoga, Meditation 

    • Large Brunch 

    • Closing circle & ritual 

  • Afternoon

    • Check out & Departure by 1pm

The accommodation at this retreat is shared. Unless stated below, there are spaces available. I will update this page as bookings come through.

BOOKING INFORMATION

Please secure your spot in the retreat with a 150 euro deposit. You can make the payment via the link below or contact me at info@seedsofjoy.space to do a bank transfer.  The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the retreat (please reach out for other payment options).

Refunds & Cancellations 

​

The deposit/full price is refundable if you cancel with minimum notice of 6 weeks (9 July).  

After that, the deposit is not-refundable. 

If you paid the full amount and choose to cancel with less than 6 weeks notice, you will be refunded 75% of the total amount.

If you cancel with less than 2 weeks' notice, there will be no refund.

Dietary information 

​

Upon booking, I will share with you a form to fill out where you can share your dietary requirements. All the food served will be vegeterian. No alcohol served or permitted during the retreat. 

​

Getting there

 

Please note there is no public transport to the Yoga Barn.

I recommend arranging private transport / carpooling or taxi/Uber from Waterford City.

If you are driving and would be happy to offer a lift or if you need one, please let me know and I will help to connect people to organise carpool.
