Hello, I am Anna! 

I am a Yoga Teacher, Menstrual Cycle Educator and Facilitator and a Holistic practitioner with focus on mindful, intuitive and cyclical living.


I help you create the physical, emotional, and mental balance to build and maintain a state of wholeness from within for a meaningful, vibrant and empowered life.    

If you are struggling to feel connected with your body, challenged by your menstrual cycle and uninspired by the hustle and bustle of daily life, you are in the right place.

I am an intuitive individual with training and experience in various areas that help me bring this work to life.  I am creative, curious, compassionate and a believer that we should all lead the most incredible lives ever. My whole life is dedicated to learning about our true nature and how we can be the best versions of ourselves. 

I trained as a yoga teacher in an ashram in India, where I experienced effects of yoga on all the levels of my being. I consider yoga to be my anchor and I base all of my work on it.   

My approach as a teacher, coach, facilitator and educator is holistic and deeply rooted in body-mind connection, yoga philosophy & science and cyclicality.  What that means is  - I approach every branch of my work (yoga classes, coaching, workshops and courses) considering all the layers of your being* and how they impact each other in the context of your life. When you start paying attention to your body - you are essentially affecting your mind, your emotions and your soul. Working with your body is the starting point of connecting to the other layers of your being. And that's where the transformation begins... 
*physical, mental, emotional, spiritual or in the yoga language the 5 koshas, which are :  physical body, energy body, mind body, wisdom body and bliss body

Unlocking your cyclical wisdom for a balanced and fulfilled life

6-week course | Next Course starting Autumn/Winter 2023-2024

A 6-week online programme to journey through the topics of Menstrual Cycle Awareness, Nervous System Regulation and Embodiment to support your menstrual, physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.



My mission is to connect you with the ancient wisdoms, science and  with your inner guide. Throughout our journey together, I encourage you to trust your inner wisdom, awaken your personal power to transform, heal and thrive in life in your unique way. 

I put strong emphasis on creating space to connect with your inner experiences and on developing more self-awareness and self-love.


I believe that self-awareness and self-love are the first steps to living the life you truly desire.


In today's world, inclusivity is a must and not a nice thing to have. There is enough division in the world, which is the cause of bullying, disrespect leading to anxiety, mental health problems, conflicts and even wars.

My aim is to hold spaces in a way that is safe, non-judgemental and inclusive for all.  I strive to make everyone feel welcome and like they belong no matter their background, gender or personality type.  

To make you feel welcome and help you benefit the most, I tailor my programs and classes to your needs. 


Community spirit is  the foundation of the work I do. I strive for this space to be a form of support network, a place where we learn new things or/and meet new people. 

I am passionate about helping people to form connections in the community.


Our community is all about learning from each other, exchanging experiences, inspiring and supporting each other.

Anna provides a wonderful teaching with Seeds of Joy Yoga.  She teaches  a great asana and pranayama practice making sure the body is challenged while also creating a very relaxing space for the mind. I always feel so relaxed after class while feeling my body has stretched and moved too.  I would highly recommend her classes.
