Hello, I am Anna ~ I am a Yoga Teacher , Women's Circle Holder, Somatic Coach and Facilitator. My work focuses on embodiment, healing, mindfulness, intuitive and cyclical living.
My mission is to help you connect with your body in order to know yourself better, tap into your inherent wisdom and create balance of body, mind, heart and spirit so that you can lead the life you truly desire.
I support you in cultivating authentic and compassionate relationships with yourself and others so that you can experience a sense of wholeness from within, feeling at home in your body and trusting yourself.
If you are struggling to feel connected with your body, challenged by your menstrual cycle or uninspired by the hustle and bustle of daily life, you are in the right place.
I invite you to for my 1:1 sessions, group yoga classes, retreats or workshops to experience the world of embodiment, inspiration, self-inquiry and rest.

Self-awareness is the starting point to self-understanding and to any transformation.
My mantra is that we should all live from the inside out in order to be able to live fully and truly.
The essence of yoga is connecting to our true essence by looking inwards, by becoming more self-aware.
I commit daily to being self-aware myself as I create space for you to do the same.
My mission is to help you connect you with your inner guide through the practice of yoga, mindfulness and by developing a curious approach to your daily experiences.
COMPASSION
The compassionate approach includes practising kindness, non-judgement, love towards ourselves and others.
Practising compassion supports our connection to ourselves, others, nature and the world around us and our connection to our spirit (our spiritual self).
Compassion has the power to heal, transform and renew.
LEARNING AND GROWTH
Learning and growth enables us to continue to look at the world with the eyes of a child.
When we learn with curiosity, we create space for new horizons to open up in front of us.
Growth is something that can be enhanced through applied learning, through our personal experiences.
Through learning we can feel more empowered and more confident.
MIND-BODY CONNECTION
Our mind and body are interconnected. When our emotions are suppressed, our body responds to this suppression which can manifest in our body as a physical condition or disease.
When we create space to listen to our body, we can discover a wealth of wisdom which can provide us with useful information about our needs.
When we engage in a practice such as yoga, it might trigger the surfacing of old memories, beliefs accompanied by emotions. These might be connected to our samskaras (mental and subtle impressions of our past actions, experiences).
Through more awareness, we can create more alignment between the mind and the body and release what is no longer ours and what does not serve us anymore.
AUTHENTICITY
Authenticity is about being yourself.
