Service Description

What do you need to know? - Please arrive 5 minutes before - Do not eat at least one hour before the class. Avoid heavy meals up to 3-4 hours before the class - Some mats and props are provided. You can bring your own mat for comfort. - Wear comfortable clothes and layers in case you get warm/cold. Each session will be 75 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

All yoga classes online purchased as part of the pack must be used within the expiry date. If you have to cancel a class, please make sure to cancel it at least 12 hours in advance and a credit will be provided to you. No refund or credit provided if cancelled with less than 12 hours in advance. For course bookings that consist of multiple classes paid in advance, no refunds or transfers apply. A refund will only be provided if the course is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. For courses related to Menstrual Cycle Awareness Course - if you cancel 3 weeks in advance, a refund will be provided to you (minus the processing fee - 1.9% of the transaction fee plus 0.30 cent). If you cancel with less than 3 weeks notice, no refund will be given.
