In each class we focus on breath awareness, building flexibility & strength, developing focus and concentration as well as relaxation.
RISE & SHINE SATURDAY YOGA is a traditional Hatha Yoga class, which consists of meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), surya namaskara (sun salutations), asana practice (yoga poses) and relaxation (savasana).
