Hatha Yoga is a wonderful way to connect with your breath, your body and boost your vitality.
In each class we focus on breath awareness, building flexibility & strength, developing focus and concentration as well as relaxation.
​
Hatha Yoga consists of meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), surya namaskara (sun salutations), asana practice (yoga poses) and relaxation (savasana).
​
Book it as a block of 6 classes, 4 class pack or drop in.
​
Class level : improver/intermediate / variations are provided for all levels
​
