Women's Circles are spaces for women to come together, connect with themselves and with other women. They are non-judgemental spaces where everyone can show up as they are. In Women's Circle, we explore various topics and practices that help us connect with our body, our hearts and our soul. We share our experiences and embrace each other for in a caring and supportive way.
I host women's circles that explore cyclicality, menstruality, creativity, self-expression hormone yoga and the feminine power. These spaces are an opportunity to come back to yourself, to rest and to connect with other like-minded women. My hope is that you join these circles with an open mind and that you leave them with your soul nourished and your heart warmed.

This workshop and women’s circle is an invitation to tune into your body’s wisdom in
order to restore your hormonal balance. You will be held in a safe space where you
can explore your inherent power to heal from within.
In this circle, you will have the space to connect to yourself and other likeminded
women. This will be a blend of sharing, learning and connecting through Vinyasa flow, hormone yoga, restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, Womb meditation and more.
